- We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. The information we receive from you helps us personalise and continually improve your experience at TaxNAccounting.
- We provide the information to our parent and to our trusted partners who work for us under extremely strict confidentiality agreements. We do not encourage users to leave comments on the site. When visitors/bots/spammers leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We keep contact form submissions for a period 1 year for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes nor the data provided in the contact form is shared with any third parties.

Who we share your data with
We use various plugins on the site, and often update, install, uninstall plugins. These plugins are owned and managed by third parties beyond our scope. When the plugins are installed/updated we choose to accept to share the data and grant access to the plugins to access our data.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We use Google’s Captcha to prevent data theft and spammers collecting your data. Additionally the site is hosted with Godaddy a world class hosting services provider.

In case of breach of data, all the users shall be intimated of such breach within 3 days from the data of acknowledgement of such breach.
What third parties we receive data from
We do not receive any data from third parties.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We do not engage in automated decision making or customer profiling with user data.
